As the gold standard of protein detection, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is widely used in medical treatment and biology. Here, we report a digital ELISA method that combines fluorescence-coded magnetic beads with micropore arrays to effectively improve accuracy detection. Fluorescence coded were as solid support ELISA, which modified specifically capture IL-6 serum, then combined galactosidase form sandwich structure. These are mixed fluorescent substrate passed into microfluidic chip. Under action gravity, trapped isolated by an array micropores Combined image recognition technology, fluorescence intensity containing enzymes will increase rapidly. By mining information, content uremia patients can be detected high precision.
